Fundamentals of Flow: click here to read more.  Fund of Flow is for the total beginner or the student who wants to refine the basics.  No yoga experience needed.  (less heat)

Slow Flow:  click here to read more. Probably the best class to drop in to if you have little to no Yoga experience. (Less heat)

Flow:  click here to read more.  We recommend at least 10 Slow Flow classes before you attend a Flow class.  Flow classes are the most challenging classes Inner Strength offers. (heated)

Price Structure:

Fifteen Dollars drop-in.

Twelve Dollars student drop-in.

One Hundred and Ten Dollars for student 10 class card (60 day exp)

One Hundred and Thirty Dollars for one month unlimited student.

One Hundred and Thirty Dollars for 10 class card (60 day expire)

One Hundred and Fifty Dollars for one month unlimited.

One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars for one year of unlimited classes.

Note: Schedule and price structure are subject to change.  All Yoga packages are non refundable and all sales are final.  Inner Strength will make exceptions for extreme medical conditions and relocation out of state only.  Please email us directly for questions.

Since I have been working with you and your staff over the past several months at Inner Strength going 2 to 3 times a week... I know I am stronger mentally and physically, my GI tract has been working the best it has in years, I've cried twice after not having cried in over 10 years, and other people close to me are noticing some changes as well....So I continue to look forward to more IS experiences including breathing and Belize!

I just wanted to let you know that I took a class on Sunday with Lauren….and it was a great class.  Lauren is a great teacher, very nurturing, great guidance, she took the time to assist. 

 

After class she made a point to let me know that I was doing something that could hurt my neck b/c I was doing a posture wrong….and it meant a lot that she took the time to do that.  I have gone to a few different studios and it is quite refreshing and encouraging to know that someone like Lauren is there to make sure we are taking care of ourselves as we try to do new things in our practice.

Diana,  The class was absolutely fantastic. I was proud of myself on a number of levels not the least of which is participating in a class where the energy is coming from everyone at least three decades younger. It was the first time in years that I did not get  ridiculously teary at the sight and thought of an upside down posture... I do the shoulder stander at home . I also actually got up for a bit and that has not happened for a long time..I felt physical healing from the stress on proper alignment.
